I've ordered two time at this place via Skip. The food was good, no complain on this side...but both time they forgot most of a... trio. The first time they forgot the main meal and the fries, received only the beverage, and the second time they didn't evenput the main meal but added 2 extra fries...how can you mess an order that much and two time in a row? May 10, 2022, 8:15PM I just bought some food from this place, the menu for the drive-through is not really complete, so we... decided to ask the person on the intercom about their specials...worst mistake! The lady on the the other side answered myhusband as if she was fed up from serving us, we only asked one question. Anyway we omitted that and continue with our order,when we got to the window and she handed us our drink my hubby asked if there was ice on it, she replied no no ice, and we askedher can you please put some on it and again the fed up attitude saying I just told you no ice to which I replied please put someand she got more fed up and replied I said the machine does not work, I was surprised but because we had already paid we justtook our food and left. Paid with my credit card very often. Got denied service tofay because they do not accept credit card... I guess they just didn't... want to do my regular order of 1 trio. Safe to say i will skip over this location in the future. Food is always lukewarmanyways. Read more

The breakfast meals are excellent less salty then their golden arches competitor. The ash browns are way bigger also. The coffee... is very good. All in all the breakfast experience is great. Need to try their hamburgers next time. Read more
Worst A&W restaurant ever! I went there twice and I was twice disappointed! First my Diet Coke was flat, my onion rings were... all stuck together and just all soft and disgusting, and my chicken burger tasted like it was cooked hours ago. The girls thatworked needs to change attitude, you serve food and stop playing on your cellphone. I love A&W, but forget about going to thisrestaurant on Beclard street in Montreal. Read more
