The customer service was impeccable. I really liked the new waitress’s kindness and prompt service. The manager with the... blond hair was fantastic too. What pains me is the tacos I ordered. On the menu it’s says that it includes coleslaw but it’sonly shredded iceberg lettuce. It states that it includes coriander, no coriander whatsoever. Also the shrimps were jalapeñoflavored and there was no jalapeño flavor at all. It was like I received a completely different item than what was listed onthe menu. This is the worst Boston pizza I have ever been to. As you may be aware Boston PIzzas actual pizza is very expensive but it is... also quite good, it’s had me coming back for decades . However this particular restaurant made the most terrible Boston pizzaI have ever had, it literally had 0 sauce on it and the crust was about 3” wide so a large pizza was essentially a smallpizza. If I was wrting this review about 6 months ago it would be 10 stars and full of praise. My kids LOVE this restaurant so much... that whenever they misbehaved we told them what we would take away was not TV or park time but instead Boston Pizza... But about3 weeks ago we went there for dinner. The parking lot was semi-empty which was a good sign that it was not crowded. When we getin we see two families waiting in the front area. My wife approaches the lady in the counter and says Good Afternoon and thelady immediately chimes back 'how many people'... when my wife said 5 the lady answered in a bad tone: "we can't serve you. weare only serving tables of maximum 3 people" The restaurant inside was the same as the parking: almost empty... Need some TLC, pricey for what we get service was good that all I can say
Very good food. Great service. Found the portions a bit small (look at the photo of the soup and salad). Found it a tad... expensive but we enjoyed ourselves and the food. Read more
