40 minutes waiting in the drive-through. I understand that they are short on personnel, but this is something else. Even if the... place was open, all doors were closed and the only way to get your order was through the drive-thru. Also, when we arrived tothe microphone noone answered and we had to advance to the first window where the girl whow as supposed to charge us was so niceto take our order. 45 minutes wait in the drive through and i still didn't order. Mcdonald's is supposed to be there for speed and convenience...... if you can't do either... close your location. I ordered a medium black coffee and a Boston cream doughnut. Doughnut tasted stale or frozen and awful, my coffee came 2 cream... and 2 sugar. As it was drive thru was too far before i noticed. And stone cold???? How can you screw up such a simpke order?? Read more

Awful! First time I went the employees were rude, on their cellphone, had AirPods and did not wear a hairnet. Wrote to... McDonald?s and the MAPAQ concerning the matter. Never got news from McDonald?s? I went a second time because it was the closestand the situation is the same! I know that everyone is short staffed now but i just want to mention that every single time we order a happy meal they forget... the kids fries..I don't understand. Its so disappointing for the kids. It happened the last 3 times we did delivery so you canteven go back. On the positive side delivery is quick and the food is still warm by the time it arrives. Read more

Availability is sparse, for a ?fast food? you wait quite some time before being served. They advertised being open 24/7 but... that?s not true, sometimes I found it plain old closed. As for the service, it?s ok. As for the orders, I regularly have myorder modified without my consent or even a warning, the sauces for my nuggets are either missing or changed. The quality of thefood is quite good none the less. Let?s say that it?s not my best McDonald?s experience, but their emplacement is relativelyconvenient. Read more
