It's fast food you know what you're getting but staff is nice and doesn't mess up orders
It took over 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get our food. Once we got it, the fries were so old they were hard and cold.... Horrible service, very unfriendly and short with customers. Read more
Have only stopped by this location a handful of times, but it's what to be expected from an Arby's. Service has always been... fairly quick, in my experience. Their curly fries are a must-have and although they're known for their roast beef, their Reubenis surprisingly good. Read more
Ankeny store, it was 8:40PM the lady had been there since 7:30AM. Felt bad for her until we got our food, Cheessteak sandwiches... were luke warm on outside and cold in the middle. The meat on mine was like cardboard and nasty, probably won't go back toAnkeny location. Disappointing experience! Read more
The food was really good. The service was decent. The interior of the restaurant was filthy. Even the floor of the kitchen was... really dirty. It didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in quite a while. I love Arby's just not the lack of cleanliness. Read more
Worst food I've ever had at any Arby's location. Chicken strips were overcooked and our roast beefs had an odd flavor. The only... good point was the dining area was clean. They were fairly busy at the drive through. So we went inside. Having worked in foodservice myself, I expected better of this franchised store. Read more
4pm. Parking lot empty. 4 cars infront of me. Second time I've left the drive thru line because cars hadn't moved for over 20... minutes. I don't know whats going on here but this place has become impossible to get food from in a timely manner. If you have30+ minute to waste then this is the perfect spot. Read more
