Horrible experience. They took our order fairly quick. The 2 iced teas were warm with absolutly no ice in it. I asked for... sugar, she brought a sugar substitute. Had to ask again for sugar and for ice. We ordered and then they brought only my husbandsmeal and I had to set and watch him eat. No explanation about where my food was. Finally I asked and was told they have a policyto bring it while it's hot. Any resteraunt I have ever been in, they bring everyone's meals together. The cook should know thatif one cooks quicker then do the other right away and put the one that cooks quicker later. I will probably never go back here.All this trouble and it was $39 for small wings and tots and a hamburger and fries. Read more
I give 0 stars. We went their and they had about 1/4 if the seating full.The guy told us it would be 30 min to get seating we... wanted to go to the empty bar to sit and watch the game and have a drink. We were told no. It's the same wait to sit at the bar.Never heard of that. So we we went somewhere else. Read more

Walked into the entry and was met by the smell of something similar to rodent urine, unpleasant smell for sure. Staff was nice,... courteous and prompt. No complaints with the server, he did a good job. Boneless wings had some rubbery pieces and could hardlytell the difference between the two types of seasoning rubs (salt and vinegar & chipotle bbq) I got on my 16 piece. VERY minimalseasoning. So I ate my basically plain chicken nuggets, paid the tab, thanked the server and will never eat at B-Dubs again. Toohit or miss and, like this location, most of the stores are not kept up very well. Absolutely horrible, ordered through door dash over $70 and worth of food. The $12 cob salad half filled the container and... barely had anything but iceberg lettuce. It was supposed to have seasoned chicken and blue cheese crumbles, we didn't get any ofthat. Also they didn't give us any dressing for it. I'm not blaming the dasher for the incomplete order because the bag wastaped shut so they couldn't have checked it they wanted to. I called and talked to the manager and she was more interested intalking over me then listening and wasn't apologetic in the least. She offered to remake the salad but we would need to drivethere to come get it. Clearly that's why I paid extra to have my food delivered because I wanted make special trip just to getthe salad and ranch dressing that I ordered. The fact that your employees felt it was ok to serve that to people is shameful andis a clear representation of your inability to manage them. Read more
I order from here like everyday, which I love their Asian Zings!! But today.. it?s like they poured the whole bottle in, which... was a mess when I took it out. The bag had the sauce all over, got all over my work items. It?s all over the box, sticky.. Ijust feel like this should be heard and talked about so it won?t happen again. Thank you! Read more

Ordered a 20/20 Bundle, which comes with Fries and I added a large onion rings. I should of checked my order prior to leaving... the lot. After leaving I looked over and couldn't see my Fries. I called and they said they would have them ready when I cameback. They did, but by the time I got home my onion rings and wings were cold. This was the second incident in a few weeksapart.
