Terrible service with a young lady who works night shift there, scoffs and full on attitude isn't good customer service at all i... will follow up with corporate. Food is usually dry out and they don't add anything in the warmers late. Staff hides in thekitchen and there's a lady who complains about customers to customers. Great gas station here, plus the car wash is good for the price!!!
BEWARE Charged me $16 for a pizza when there was a banner on the building advertising it for $10. Manager was too lazy to come... out and void the ticket so he told the cashier to tell me that you have to order 2 pizzas for that promotion. Here is a pictureof the banner indicating otherwise. Ordered a pizza later at night when business was slow Pizza was half cooked and supposed to be half black olive and half without... and there was only three slices that didn't not have black olive and they claimed there was nothing they can do for me tonightbut they can credit me a free pizza for tomorrow... Pizza was old and dried out. I asked the cashier if 1 of the 2 pieces would be discounted if it looks this bad and she said no... it just goes so fast. I simply stated it looks like this one has been passed over a few times which seemed to upset her. Shedidn?t ask us if we wanted a bag we had 2 big Gatorade?s and 2 milks and didn?t give us receipt. She gave us our change and thenturned to talk to the other two ladies that were there to talk to the employee. Will definitely go elsewhere from now on. Read more
Once again, I found myself at a Casey's for my morning coffee. This time, it was the Casey's at Oralabor Rd. and Delaware Ave.... in Ankeny. I wanted to give a shout-out for the crew working on the morning of Friday Nov. 11, as it's always nice to be ableto come in, get a quick cup of excellent coffee, and not have the coffee station be such a mess (we've all seen it, haven't we?) So, Casey's management ... if you read these reviews, give your crew a pat on the back. Customers appreciate stuff like this. And as usual, if you follow me on my morning coffee stops, my excellent coffee was matched by my fine taste in music. Read more
