1. Ordered some pizza tried to be nice about it, had horrible service with the kitchen employees. Forgot all the toppings on my... pizzas and the wrong sauce. 2. Horrible at answering the phone I?ve worked for Casey?s for 4 years and I know how it?s supposeto be ran this place isn?t running it right. They don?t answer the phones once so ever. Read more
Do they have no quality control at caseys anymore?
Price gouging at it's finest. Gas everywhere else is .20-.40 cents cheaper than this place. I watch cars drive in and then leave... immediately, myself included. Gas is already inflated enough, but to continue to gouge the price even more? Absolutelyunecessary. Kwik star down the road is always priced better. Read more
We really love CGS as a whole and have family and friends who work/have worked there for decades. Convenient and love the new... store design/re-designs. Staff questionable w/ friendliness and cleanliness depending on what store you go to. Pizza and kitchenfood always delicious. Will always cont. to do business w/ Casey's. Read more
Great pizza, but Jesus Christ can you guys not answer the phone? Just kept ringing and ringing, and I even had someone pick up... the phone and just hang up once. Wow. Awesome pizza, but not worth calling over and over until someone decides to pick up. Read more
Not very happy. Ordered a taco pizza, cheesy bread sticks and a 2 liter online at 6:15 pm. The app said it would be delivered at... 8:15pm so we called them and the person who answered said it wasn?t going to take that long so we waited. An hour goes by andour order is still not here. It finally arrived at 8:05pm. It should not take 2 hours to deliver an order that is 0.4 miles fromyour destination. Will never order from this place again. this was rediculous! Read more
Pizza delivery was about 30 minutes late tonight. The delivery driver was really nice and handed me 10 box tops for a free... pizza. Well I just paid $25 for the meal deal and the pizza tastes like it has been sitting in the car for awhile. Cheese sticksare nasty as well as the hot wings. Read more
Once again my driving in the Ankeny / Des Moines area brought me to a Casey's Convenience Store at 36th St. and Ankeny Blvd. in... Ankeny. Busy time of day (early afternoon) but I was able to zip in, get my fresh ground decaf, and be back on the road withina few minutes. Clean coffee station, and as you know, we travel lots and cleanliness is important to us. Great jobCasey's. Awesome coffee and GREAT road song for my short drive home. (pic.) Read more
