Hi! Gamera Monster here. We ate at Culver's for the first time. We don't have those near our monster lair. Very busy on Sunday... so expect a wait. We weren't sure what line to get in but as it turned out only one order taker was available. They were busyenough for 3. It is nice that they bring your food out to your table. I had the grilled chicken ???? sandwich ???? and it wasplenty thick and the tomato ???? slice was a real slice. The pickles were good too. I asked for BBQ sauce and it was Sweet BabyRay's. That's a decent sauce. I also had onion rings and those were average and not too greasy. Overall, the food wasn't toobad. A family member had the cheeseburger. He liked it but said the meat was very thin. The sandwich didnt look like thepicture. The fries were also average. Overall, it's what you expect from a busy fast food joint. We were on a 13 hour road trip, we usually stop at the Culver's on 80, order chicken tenders, fries, vanilla malt, and soup,... never had a problem, ever. Being from Wisconsin, the food is always 5 star. This one was, not. Tenders, and fries, were cold,and oily, malt had no flavor, I had them redo the malt, it was so so. Also the staff took some time to acknowledge us. We'llstick to the one on 80, that's 5 star. P.S. wanted to give you no stars, but I couldn't. Read more
Drive thru was busy so I went inside. I was greeted quickly and made my order. It was 1 hamburger and 2 flavor of the days... custards. I saw them fill my order and the burger sat there for 15 minutes before one of the kids saw it and saw me standingthere. By the time I got to the car I had been I. Extremely slow service. On eventual arrival...hot food cold, concrete mixer melted. When asked to make another they simply... remixed the same one...poured right out the container. VERY DISAPPOINTING for the price we paid. Read more
Got a Culver's deluxe double and some cheese curds on 4/25/22 I never have issues with the service but once I got home I took a... bite out of the burger and was looking a lil pink but after a few bites was looking pretty red and the cheese curds where squarenot round like they usually are I called inn to let them know and I was told there was a new person on the grill and apologizedfor how my meal turned out so they took down my information to send me out a free meal voucher which is all fine and Iunderstood said only be a few days to arrive threw the mail which is not a problem but we are going on a week now so thought Iwould share my feedback will change my review if anything changes. Update I finally received my voucher for my meal after afew weeks of waiting the burger was way better and thankfully not pink or red in the middle Read more
