Food is great as usual. But the service is going down fast. Also doesn't seem like anyone there can pick up a phone.
We order from this Jimmy John?s quite frequently and have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. Today they went above and beyond... by allowing us to order our food before they even opened (because I?m an idiot and didn?t realize they weren?t open). Thank youguys! You rock! Read more
While the food is usually pretty good, the service is falling off badly. I've had a few over hour delivery waits, missing items... and being hung up on when calmly working out getting missing items (paid for) delivered. Phone person seems too busy to becordial with people. But, they are getting better delivering to my correct address and not the wrong locations. Read more
Whoever the management is in this place is not taking care of the store. The employees are friendly and the food is good, but... whoever the general manager is, is not taking care of his or her employees or store. I went in there 3 days ago and the wholestore looked trashed, the color of the tiles were black when you could tell there should be color there. Read more
I wouldn?t have any problems with this jimmy johns if they didn?t mess up my sandwich every single time. I?ve order delivery 5x... recently, and 3 out of those 5 times I?ve had to call and get a new sandwich because they forget half of the stuff! I?m always agood tipper and I work in food too so I definitely don?t like being a complainer but obviously something needs changed if you?remessing up someone?s order 3 out of 5 times. Read more
Stinks that the online ordering app still doesn't work, even after multiple calls. Don't expect your order to be correct even... when calling it it in. I'd rather they took an extra 5 -10 min to make a delivery correct. Some people need delivery formultiple reasons & can't come to the store. Last chance was given tonight. Failed again. ordered delivery online on a Sunday afternoon, after waiting 45-1 hr, I called the store and was told that the driver had left... over 35 minutes ago and should have been there. I waited another 15 minutes for him to arrive, he never came. I called andcanceled the order. Pretty unusual service and delivery times for a sandwich shop, Im seriously 1.24 miles away. Wont berelying on Jimmy Johns for "freaky fast" deliveries anymore. Read more
