Horrible service everytime I go. They always get my order wrong. This time I actually took the sandwich back to them, and... instead of an apology and attempt to correct the issue to prevent future mistakes, I was told that I, the customer, was wrongfor not "ordering it correctly". I told the manager the situation could have been prevented if the employee at the drive thruhad repeated my order back to me, but I guess that's too much to ask.??????????????????? Read more

We have ordered to work a couple times now and both times it has taken over an hour to receive the order. Currently at 1.5 hours... and counting on the current order. We called after an hour and were told that the driver left the store 20 minutes prior to mycall and should be there any minute. If the store is busy guests should be told instead of waiting hours for orders. Afterreading other reviews it seems like this is a reoccurring problem that needs addressed. Just hope we have time to eat lunchbefore dinner time. Update, finally got the order and we didn?t the dance we ordered and one sandwich came without the extrabacon we paid $2 for. Read more

After ordering, the person taking my order got it wrong but refused to remake my sandwich or admit fault. Along with that forgot... my ranch, when I told him. He responded in a rude tone ?it?s in the bag? I then showed him the bag that it wasn?t there. Afterthat I didn?t argue with my sandwich being wrong and just left. I?ve ordered from this location two times this week, today being one of them. I?m currently waiting over an hour to get my... sandwich and chips delivered to my workplace. The last time I had ordered, it took about the same time so I figured I would givethis location another shot. Not everyone has free time to just eat their food whenever. Disappointed. Read more

Ordered a sandwich online for cash payment when I picked it up. I chose a pickup time 30 minutes from ordering time. I got a... quick response indicating that wasn't enough time and I needed to select a later time. I chose a later time and went to get thesandwich. When I arrived, I was told the sandwich was ready. I said I had to pay and then they discovered the sandwich wasn'tmine. They didn't get my order. They asked me to look at my phone for confirmation. It was confirmed at another location. Anemployee told me that happens all the time, a sandwich is ordered at one store but the order gets sent to another location. Iwas told the app has lots of problems and this happens all the time. The counter help person proceeded to tell me how to get tothe other location that supposedly had my sandwich (maybe 2 miles). No offer to make me a sandwich or call and cancel the orderthere (I was about 20 minutes early so possibly the sandwich hadn't yet been made). So I drove to the other location. Now I amabout 15 minutes past the pickup time. The door is locked. An employee came right away and opened the door and asked if Iordered a sandwich. I said I did and I had to pay for it. They volunteered that the door was shut because they ran out ofbread. I asked about the sandwich location mixup and they said usually they just get called to cancel the order and thelocation makes the sandwich for the customer, but that did not happen for me tonight. I could see that being different if Ipaid online, but this was a cash sale. Two Jimmy John's in one night for me where the experience was less that expected. Read more

my wife ended up ordering a sandwich from Jimmy John's today and not only was the order wrong but we ended up getting our food... nearly an hour after we ordered it. Please note we also live less than 2 miles away from the store. She called the store simplyasking to have the situation taken care of, but the manager of the store (whom at which refused to give his name) refused to doanything. He then told my wife "I have to talk to someone in the phone, it's important." At that point it was obvious that thisindividual did not care about my wife's problem. We're disgusted with this experience and will be sure to not order from thislocation again Read more
