Crazy how many bad reviews this has. My family visit here often and the employees are nothing but kind to us. Never had problems... ordering and the foods always warm. I mean yeah we had a couple orders not filled correctly but it was rare and it wasn?t a bigdeal. Love this location personally Read more
When I first arrived we went in and ordered our food and shortly after we arrived a huge group of teenage boys came in and were... doing back flips in the lobby. While they were also yelling at each and being very lewd and disrespectful I felt my 12 yr olddaughter did not need to hear the things that were coming out of there mouths and none of the employees that were present put astop to the way they were acting. Have been to this place about a dozen times. Consistently long times (15 minutes at least per time) to fulfill the order. The... food is also consistently poor quality, not just the cheap food but how it is prepared is not to a McDonald's standard. Lastlyfulfilling the order correctly is always a hastle. I believe this is one of if not the worst qualified McDonald's I have been toover many orders. I would not recommend. Read more
My quarter pounder was dripping dark red juice. Not only have I never seen a McDonalds hamburger that was undercooked, eating... rare ground meat is unsafe. The bun was also stale. When I called to let the staff know the grill might not be working, it justrang and rang until it was answered by a robot asking for a remote access code. A few months back this location was doing really great. But the service has consistently gone downhill. Tonight was the absolute... worst I've ever had. When I got home with my kids and went to hand out the food I was surprised to see that none of our burgerswere there. We did get the nuggets and fries but they were cold and completely stale. The food is inedible. Driving back to getthe order corrected isn't an option when my kids are already so exhausted. I literally just wasted money. I haven't been to this McDonald's in a long time because the food is always cold and taste old. I decided to go because it's... closer to my house. I order my food and the fries were very old and cold. They gave me fresh fries and when I get home 2 minuteslater this is what I dump out. Is this how McDonald's treat there customers when they ask for fresh food? If that's so y'allneed to train your employees better on customer service and cooking food. The only thing I like at that place is the sausage McMuffin and my wife likes the Carmel mocha hot brew. The employees always... mess up the order no matter what location we go to AND for a simple order, they always make us pull forward (gives them a bettertraffic count) and we wind up waiting 10-15 mins while other people get served first...
