Arrived at 7:40pm and waited until 8:00pm before we had to go inside and get our own food. The ticket was printed at 7:41 and... they left it to sit on the counter while three different groups of cars went through the drive through. I waited 10 minutes atthe counter and was ignored by an extremely rude staff member who told me to just grab my own things. There was an employeeeating food from the fryers in the back and other orders on the counter that had not been given to people. Read more
Would give zero stars. Stuck in line when I finally got to order they said it would be 20 minutes before I could even say... anything. I said I?m stuck in-line anyway so I?m going to order. Going downhill fast. The employees act panicked, like there is no management and too many orders. The last two times I have come... I waited around 40 minutes before getting food. I gave them a second shot after the first. You could go for a nice sit-downdinner and be home faster than this drive thru. The attitudes of the staff are equally dismal. Don't do it. Read more
