Arrived at 7:40pm and waited until 8:00pm before we had to go inside and get our own food. The ticket was printed at 7:41 and... they left it to sit on the counter while three different groups of cars went through the drive through. I waited 10 minutes atthe counter and was ignored by an extremely rude staff member who told me to just grab my own things. There was an employeeeating food from the fryers in the back and other orders on the counter that had not been given to people. Read more
Would give zero stars. Stuck in line when I finally got to order they said it would be 20 minutes before I could even say... anything. I said I?m stuck in-line anyway so I?m going to order. Ordered online via the app and picked up curbside because I had my dog with me, thinking it would be more convenient. Nope. Sat... there for 20 minutes before going in just to find my bag of food sitting there. Got home and it was all cold. Won't be back tothis location. Read more
I asked for one second to order my food while at drive thru and the cashier freaked out and started talking to me about what to... order. I realized this buffoon didn't get the message so I asked for 30 seconds and HE STILL TALKED. His demeanor was trashand he messed up my order (surprise.) F McDonald's, I get you're understaffed and having to scrape the floor below the barrelbut jesus christ. Government needs to ban mcdonalds and rehab the victims that eat/ate there. Is there a manager working at night? Sat in the drive through lines behind people who were asking into the mic for service.... Teenagers running from the dining area through the parking lot and all over the parking lot. Never got service. Because heavenforbid fast food be fast, or even slow. Horrible. Read more
Going downhill fast. The employees act panicked, like there is no management and too many orders. The last two times I have come... I waited around 40 minutes before getting food. I gave them a second shot after the first. You could go for a nice sit-downdinner and be home faster than this drive thru. The attitudes of the staff are equally dismal. Don't do it. Read more
