Ordered in store 2 burritos at 9:15pm my wife is vegetarian. Asked for veggies they said they were out. Staff refused to make... some veggies quick for both my burritos becuase they were 20 minutes till close? but store is open till 10pm!? Got home andburritos ice cold. Beans not hot, not hot rice or steak. Worst burritos I have had. Wish I bought food elsewhere after long dayat work was looking forward to a nice burrito. Can?t find that at this establishment 45 minutes before they?re posted storehours apparently. Also they have multiple signs they don?t accept Apple Pay. Read more
no hairnets, hats, anything covering the hair. which resulted in a red-brown wavy hair being found in a salad. employees hardly... spoke english (which is okay, not that big of deal) but ended up charging my friend for queso when she didn?t get it and almostgot my order wrong but corrected them. she was also the one who found the hair in her salad. we had already left ankeny beforeeating so we weren?t gonna backtrack to get it fixed. thankfully the altoona location helped us out and got the order correct,didn?t charge her, and there was no hair in the food. after eating my burrito and my friend eating what she did of her saladbefore finding said hair, we both felt sick to our stomachs and still not feeling well. hopefully it?s not related to the food,but still a coincidence it happened at the same time. i?ve been to this location twice and both times i was very disappointed.won?t be back, and will be calling corporate about this issue. these things shouldn?t be happening. I ordered 2 quesadillas via Door Dash - the yellow make receipts clearly say sour cream and pico - I got nothing but chicken and... cheese. it seems like this locations tortilla press is always down, or they have issues with getting orders because I haverequested a pick up before and it wasn't done when they said it would be. Went here around noon on 1/9/22 to pick up online orders. Stood and waited for 20 minutes to get my chips and queso order. We... also watched the workers "Bob" (mix) in-person customers' burritos before wrapping them. But they skipped this for onlineorders. No one likes eating straight rice, then all beans, then all meat, etc (see photos). This location used to be alright butthe speed, friendliness, quality and freshness has really gone downhill.
