We have been purchasing pizzas from here for years and I was treated very rudely today. I ordered 4 pizzas online and when I... came to pick them up the manager would not give me rewards credit for them. I asked her to return them and re-ring them so thatI would get credit and she refused and treated me very rudely. We typically buy 3-4 pizzas at every purchase and the points arevaluable to earn a free pizza. The point isn?t the rewards as much as how she responded to my questions and she treated me veryrudely. Stopped in tonight to pick up a pizza for dinner. They were training a new employee, and we're taking their time to make sure... the employee was getting the topping correct on our pizza. It wasn't busy, and I didn't mind them taking the time to train theiremployee. I was glad to see and hear their interactions. Great pizza as always. Read more

I love the idea of Papa Murphy's, but this implementation needs work. I've never had an experience where I waited less than 30... more than they promised. I usually really like this location, but today i have to say that the manager was rude and unprofessional. She shoved a receipt... right on top of a stuffed pizza that was covered in sauce. When i said that that was gross she replied that she has been doingit for years and it wasnt my pizza anyway. I replied that that doesn't make it ok and that it was unsanitary. She wrapped mypizza viciously and told me i am welcome to take the survey. I wont be back when she is around!
