The wait to be seated was short for a Sunday morning, which was nice. Our waitress was also incredible and made the whole family... feel upbeat and welcome. However, food took very long to come out, and when it did it was not very good. I had an omelet thatdidn't have much flavor and I think the mushrooms weren't washed and were getting old. The pineapple upside down muffin I gotwith my meal was nice to try, and the blueberry muffin was actually pretty dang good. If you go here, stick to the desserts andpancakes! Read more
We ordered a pickup delivery through the Seamless app. We arrived about 5 minutes before our scheduled pick up time and we were... told it would be 10 minutes before our order would be ready. It was a Sunday morning and the place was packed. As we sat waitingfor our food, we saw many people walk to the entrance, open the door, look in and turn around. We did get our food when theysaid we would and took it home. Apparently we have not yet learned or lesson about checking the order before going on home. Mymate was missing the pancakes that should have been with his meal. I ordered a skillet that was supposed to come on smashedtater tots. The tots were not smashed so the toppings were all not toppings but instead all around the edge of the container.There was only one little spot of cheese. Not the meal experience I had hoped for. They were pretty busy but you'll have that in a Sunday morning when churches are getting out and local high school has... graduation the day before. Felt like we had a newer server and got seated in a location easy to forget about, which might haveled to a long time to order (even drinks) and then drinks sitting empty for a while. But the food was great and came out hot sono complaints there. Read more
It was awful. Their crispy hashbrowns came out barely tan, when I asked them to make them crisper they came out burnt like they... just put the castaways on my plate... I didn't dare send my food back again. I like crispy on the outside with potato squish onthe inside not single burnt strings... knew I should have backtracked to Cracker Barrel. Read more
Perkins is a perfect old person restaurant (in my opinion) that?s why I?m here. However, not a ?for old people? only restaurant.... I like there wide variety of items, not to mention the bakery selection is the greatest! The problem I have today is I eat toobig at lunch , I might only have coffee, but my wife will eat and we invited my son and his wife, they will make up for what Idon?t eat! Great service from a wonderful server. Clean store and restrooms, which is a must to get any stars from me. Read more
I submitted an order at 9:30 in the morning on a Sunday for pickup at 10:15. I waited in the restaurant for over 40 minutes to... get my food that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! It is ridiculous that I had to wait that longfor a take out order. I went to complain to the manager and he said sorry and snarkly asked me if I wanted an application. Thatis no way to treat a customer. And when I got my food, the food was cold and had to reheat it in the microwave. The hashbrownshad a funny smell to them from the oil being too old. I would say don't order online but don't go to this Perkins at all!!! Read more
Sorry to say we were unable to eat there. When we got there, the waitress asked if we could wait 5 minutes, while they clear a... table. 5 turned into 25 and still no table. We got up and left.
