If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered $35 in sandwiches. Both steak sandwiches the meat was ice cold and the bacon on... the other sandwich was fatty, cold and disgusting. Pure laziness to mess up all three sandwiches and they when we called in thelady was rude and did not seem to care. Quite the sandwich artists they have here they still need tons of training. Justbecause a sandwich is not toasted does not mean the meat does not get warmed up. What a joke and a waste of money. Read more

My order was all wrong. I had to go back to fix it. When I got home, the order was STILL WRONG. I paid for the fresh mozzarella... and bacon for my "6 and they didn't put it on the sub. Needless to say, if you want your order done right the first time; don'tuse the app. But the girl behind the counter was really nice about the whole thing. Read more

There were only 2 people working--this is the second time we've been to this location that is understaffed. But they were REALLY... SLOW to make sandwiches. The lettuce was very brown so didn't even bother to have that. I was told that was all they had. 1 staris probably too high. We will look for a different location or go to Jersey Mike's. Really we can eat at Pizza Ranch for thesame price and get higher quality food and service. Read more
