Worst experience ever at a subway!!!! Ordered through the app and when I showed up to pickup my order there was no employees at... first sight, then 4 people walk out from the back and ask what would I like and I said ?I ordered online? then the employeelooked down to see my receipt sitting on the counter as I proceeded to sit down and wait 20 minutes. No management just a bunchof young kids with no supervision ridiculous, I will never go there again, not to mention the sandwiches are a mess! Read more
Love Subway. Des Moines/Ankeny has been a test market for the Hero bread which was awesome! As I'm trying to limit carbs I... haven't been able to eat a sub for a long time. Hero bread tastes like real bread! Sadly the test is over and I hope theybring it back so I can continue to enjoy Subway, otherwise I won't be back as I can only do so many salads and I eat enough ofthose at work! Read more

They?re staff are NOT trained in giving correct information! Customer service not up to par! Perhaps, they aren?t honest,... because it forces you to buy several individual subs and they make more money! Read more

I never write reviews but I got to for this place. I had OD subs that I was trying to order and the Michael looking guy up front... was mad rude about it. He got tight for no reason what?s so ever. Rolling his eyes and nodding his head like a child. Thedisrespect. Read more

Great service! They need some blinds, though! The western sun gets bright in there and the employees are staring right into it.... Makes it hard for them to interact with the costumers. Otherwise, great! Read more
