DO NOT GO HERE. THEY STEAL CARDS. We did a mobile order but my boyfriend didn?t realize we paid already considering they asked... for our card. He gave it to them & realized as we were about to leave, that we didn?t have it. The one woman at the windowclaimed she gave it back but then another rudely said we had a mobile order. Went through the drive-thru, was greeted immediately with a curt; ?we?re closed?, although all lights in the building were on,... including the drive thru menu. There was no signage on the menu, doors, or windows indicating they were closed, and their Googleresult said they were open for another 30 minutes. They didn?t say hello or apologize for the confusion/inconvenience. Iunderstand being short if there were signage, or any other indication, stating they were closed? but they appeared to beopen. My boyfriend went to this location about a month ago and they were also rude to him and told him they were out of beef,and did not offer any substitutions. Poor customer service all around. Read more
The last two times I attempted to get food from this location they told me before I ordered that they were out of food and... closing. So either they need better managers that know how to order or the night crew doesn't want to do their job. Hit thenorth location instead. Read more
July 25th 2022 at 11:28pm Don't bother this place, they do not want your business. Please go to the Taco Bell north on Ankeny... Blvd. where you'll receive better service and a better Taco Bell quality food. Every time I come here past 4pm I always getabused food thrown haphazardly into the paper sack with no particular order or concern for any hardshells that I may haveordered, additionally the food is rarely wrapped in any containing manner. Honestly, I'm tired of getting meals or food for freewhen it should have just been done correctly the first time. I have 20-30 single taco coupons in my truck that I haven't used (1per visit) because I refuse to go here that often. I would choose somewhere else but I work late, it's the only place open andsome days I get just several hours between shifts. Do your cooks understand that they're in the grind just like us, they'recustomers? Please advertise when we should NOT come here so that we can get better food and they'll have less to make. Every since my boyfriend left this location they have gone downhill so fast. Decided to have Taco Bell for dinner tonight... because it?s too hot to cook and heat up the house. They forgot my cinnamon delights so I had to drive back up there. The girlthat handed my my drinks the first time that I was there had an attitude and acted like she didn?t want to be there. When I wentback for my cinnamon delights that they forgot the same girl handed them to me and had the same attitude then. Probably won?t bereturning. Read more

We came to this Taco Bell and ordered two meals, two burritos with an assortment of sauces as well. We pulled up to the window... to pay and then after paying she closed the window not saying anything. A few minutes later she opened up the window handing usour bag and telling us there?s plenty of extra sauces in there and we pulled away. We never thought to check the bag because thebag was full. When we got home we dumped the bag out which was just full with sauce and NO food. We called to let them know andended up coming back for a refund and left and went to the other Taco Bell which is way better. Don?t come to this Taco Bellunless you only want sauce???? Read more
First of all, they didn't open until 8:00 which seems odd since they serve breakfast. Also, when we went back after 8, the door... was locked and the worker inside was motioning us to go through the drive up. When, I asked about why there wasn't a note on thedoor as to why the door wasn't open, her reply was that they cannot open until 9 and that is made very clear on their socialmedia sites, which not everyone has access to. To top off the experience, I couldn't get coffee because their machine wasbroken!!! Not a real top notch experience and/ or a very friendly staff member!!!
