Co-worker recommended this place for me as an out-of-towner. Walking in, one wouldn't expect this place to have good food. The... menus signs are old school, the lobby and seating is out dated. I got a to go order of every type of meat taco on flourtortillas. To my surprise the tacos were massive! Definitely couldn't finish all of them, but they were good. The service wassuper fast and polite. Probably under 3 mins from order to completion. It comes with their home made hot sauce which was alsopretty good. I'm definitely coming here again. Read more
Definitely let down, I was hoping these would be good. Tortilla shell was soggy and hamburger tasted like someone went crazy... with chili powder. Tortilla chips were soggy and enchilada was bland. Sorry, no pics. 'Cause I inhaled my Tasty Tacos!! Memories of childhood when only one store. I always, ALWAYS, get a Tasty Taco... when in Des Moines area. Another taco joint I grew up with has become very corporate and not at all the same. Tasty has expandedyet not corporate. Love 'em!!! Read more
