So glad to have discovered this gem! Went in here last week and owner Lance and staff were very helpful & knowledgeable -- a TON... of selection for oils, balsamic and more. I love this place, so many things to look at and try. I have found some amazing vinegars here and my food is always incredible.... Reason for 4 stars is because it is really expensive, be prepared to spend about $19 or more for a 350 ml bottle. Read more
This is an amazing store with an eclectic product: olive oil, vinegars, seasonings and flavorings. I won't even pretend that I... understand the science behind it all, but I can tell you the folks who run it can. Name your meal or food-- veggies or meat--andthey will find the right product to take it the next level. You can even sample the wares-- try it before you buy it. The staff are very helpful. Their oils and vinegar taste so much better than anything you'll find in a grocery store. I say this... while drinking my glass of water with a drop of Mango White Balsamic Vinegar in it. You can flavor your own water like this, andsave money by not buying expensive cans of flavored water. Read more

If you're creative in the kitchen, you simply must check this place out! I gave all my friends a couple sample sized spice packs... for the holidays and they loved them. So much to choose from! The truffle sea salt is so good on grilled cheese or brusselsprouts! Read more
