We went there tonight, on a Wednesday night, and this place is just phenomenal. We got the 20 piece and mixed 3 types of our... choice as offered; we got 8 Garlic Parmesan, 4 Atomic, and 8 Korean Q. Watched both employees not wear gloves or wash their hands after putting ice in machine, answering phone, touching their face... and adjusting their clothing, restocking foam cups then touching my food. Waiting in the lobby for over a hr finally when we received our food it was cold only received half of our chicken and the guy... said he counted wrong ???? idk how you miscount 10 wings the Fry's was cold as ice... Mixed up my order twice. Paid for a pop but all but a couple flavors were unavailable (main like coke, Dr. Pepper, sprite, etc,... were out). First time trying this place. Wings had almost no sauce on them. Fries were okay. Never again... Lesson learned. Read more

So this place is new and like any new place, it has some kinks to work out. So putting that to the side, the food is great.... Wings as far as breading and quality and quantity of meat is superior to BWW. Fewer sauce and dry rub options sure but thelouisiana dry rub is delicious. This alone is better than any item on BWWs menu. Fries are good. Once they have the timing ofthe service down this will be a hit for sure. Tough to be overly critical when it's brand new and to go food ordering is morepopular now than ever before. Oh yea did I mention the louisiana dry rub. OMG Read more
