Fast, friendly, well priced and gooood!!! Tasty gyros, Reuben?s, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, spinach pies, etc. Ahmo?s... does a great job with everything on the menu and it?s fast! I have been coming here for years, but for crying out loud, update your hours. They're all over the place and we've been... surprised a few times when you're closed two hours early despite the online hours saying they're recently updated (with aconstantly full voicemail box). I can still somewhat justify your recent price increases, but this has been incrediblyirritating. Read more
I?ve been going to Ahmo?s since there was only one location. I didn?t go for a few years when I lived outside of Ann Arbor, but... moved back and started going to this Dexter location recently. If there?s one thing I can say with the utmost certainty aboutthis place, it?s the consistency. I love to order their regular gyro, hummus, chicken wings, chicken tenders, fries, and chickenbowl. Every time I get any of those thing it?s always cooked right and nothing missing from my order when I get home.Consistency doesn?t sound like it?s that important, but believe me, it?s the most important thing a restaurant can provide,after taste, of course :) Read more
I didn't want to write this because the young man who served us provided great customer service. However, I will NEVER eat... here again, especially to feed my family of five. We spent $71.00 including tip...then when I arrived I ordered fried pitaschips & half order of hummus for an additional $6.00...$77.00 TOTAL! The onion rings were fried so hard there was no onion leftinside. I happened to see this before I left & asked them to remake them while I waited on our add-on order of hummus & friedpita chips- which were so burnt they looked like chocolate chips ($6) The chicken wings were fried so hard & burnt there wasvery little chicken inside. One wing actually BROKE in half breaking the bones like a cracker. ($12) The French fries ($7) werefried hard & taste as if they were fried earlier in the day, sat in the heater, then dropped in the grease again to re-heat &serve to us. The chicken strips ($6) were fried so hard & burnt they hurt your mouth to bite them. The marinated chickendinner plate was good.($13) The 2- chicken gyro meals were ok. ($23) Although, the lettuce & tomato in them was wilted & soft,the chicken was not dry & it was plentiful. We felt the lettuce & tomato may have wilted because the chicken was hot. Thehummus was good. They close at 9PM. My kids says you have to eat there early in the day to get good food. We placed the orderat 7:40PM at least 1.5 hours before closing and that proved not to be early enough. The pick-up time was "after 8:25PM", wearrived at 8:34PM to pick up. Pick up delay was not the problem for the bad food. During COVID, I try to support our localbusinesses, give good tips on take out & delivery BUT this was such a disappointment & with spending almost $100 I feel socheated. I could have gone to Kroger & cooked dinner or ordered from Knight's down the street. ???? Read more
Food has been excellent all four times that I've been there - I usually get the original Gyro combo which includes fries and are... very good and a drink. It's about average price compared to everywhere else these days. And I'm always full afterwards ????sometimes can't finish it all lol And the employees are always nice and the place is always clean when I go there ???? Read more
