The place is small with 6-8 tables ? The wall is not clean. I think that they don?t have waiters. The receptionist is the... waiter, the old mama is waitress? Lovely couple running this restaurant. Giving me lots of care and attention. Food was great and hits the spot. I had the Teok... Mandu Guk, and it was nice and light; and made me feel so energetic after. Nice and light meal. The banchen were nice, I gotsome small pancakes. Some potatoes, some radish kimchi, and some nappa kimchi. All were lovely. Highly recommended place. Goand get spoiled by the two running it inside. Read more
The Korean tofu curry was very delicious, with a reasonable portion and excellent banchan! The staff were very attentive and... welcoming. Update 03/03/2022: We went back to Bewon again today with a friend. The food was delicious as always, and the staffwere very attentive and kept refilling our complementary hot tea. We really liked the pancake (Hae Mul Pajeon), which was richwith squid and scallions, but light and tasty. The mackerel was tender, fresh and full of flavor.
