Stopped in yesterday and what a treat! Adm greeted us and educated us on all of the delicious gluten free and vegan treats they... offer. We ended up getting one of each to try! Everything was delicious and barely made it through the day. I have celiac and amsuper sensitive to egg and dairy so it was awesome to find so many options. We are from out of town but visit the are frequentlyand we can?t wait to come back! Read more

Every time I come into Big City Small World I feel like I'm a child entering my grandparents house for Thanksgiving - warm,... invited, and ready to eat some amazing food. Big City's sweet treats are the best around, so many gluten free and vegan options(and *good* gluten free and vegan options, not having to settle for less than to fit your dietary preferences). Their espressois amazing and buttery, and their lunch options are always filling. But above all, the owner (Scott?) always puts a smile onyour face. I've only ever met one other person who puts so much heart and soul into their business. Stopped in for a breakfast burrito, ended up having the most unique and delicious start to my morning you could imagine. The... owner is a captivating speaker who will tell you a story, look you in the eye as he cooks your food, and let you know it's goingto be great. You'll believe him after you eat. Owner operated, food from scratch. Lots of gluent free, vegan, and traditionaloptions. Can't speak highly enough on this joint and Scott, its cordial host. Read more
Great shop! I stopped in on a slower Sunday night and spoke with the owner for a bit. There were so many vegan/ gluten free... options and you can tell they care so much about the integrity of the product. I selected four different kinds of cupcakes (chocolate, vanilla, orange, and carrot cake) and tested in the hope that I would... love at least one. I was testing so that I could select a flavor and order a wedding cake for my son?s upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, all of the cupcakes were bland, tasteless, dry, and left a gooey taste in the mouth. I also ordered a CanadianButter Tart which tasted okay. Their chocolate macaroon was amazing, however - not too sweet, dense with lots of coconut. Iordered a MI Cherry Chicken salad sandwich which was quite good. Two stars for the sandwich and chocolate macaroon. I wouldn?trecommend ordering cake or cupcakes. Read more
