Had to wait until 10:00 for the place to be opened only to find out they were only taking orders from grubhub! Why would I waste... my time around for thirty minutes waiting for the lobby to be open just to get bagels when they are not even opening the placeup to customers?! Long hair guy in glasses making customers feel horrible for no reason. I get he probably had a long day, I thought it was just... me but I could see other customers stumble. Food was fine, service killed the experience. Won?t be coming here again. Read more
A consistently great bagel and spread selection with courteous and quick employees. The bagel sandwich selection is the best in... the biz. I'd highly recommend the Western...peppered bacon and scrambled eggs with chipotle sauce and peppers. Coffee is goodwith seasonal flavors. Read more
One-star review because your hours are currently inaccurate. Showing up for breakfast and realizing that you aren't going to get... any is not the most fun way to start what is otherwise going to be an awesome day. Please update them online. I'll update myreview if you do so. The fact that the summer hours are only posted on your door makes me wonder if you guys are just slackingand don't want corporate to know. For the record, I've generally had positive experiences here. Except that one time you askedme to only have one egg on my bagel because you guys were running low was weird. I would not agree to do that again. Eggsaren't all that rare, nor is your restaurant, so it seems like it would have been easy for you to give me eggsactly what Iwanted. Read more
I had an AMAZING breakfast sandwich yesterday. I watched an employee make it right in front of me, and it was done before I even... got my coffee! They have some bagel flavors that I haven't even imagined existed! I can't wait to be able to go back to trysomething new. Read more
Excellent location with fresh bagels at all hours. Coffee is hot and fresh in the mornings, but can be hit or miss past noon.... Best bet is to snag a spot upstairs (great view) while you wait for your order given the very limited seating on the main floor. Read more
It's a nice bagel shop in a good location. Bagels are good both nothing special, options are... interesting (I think you can get... like burgers or something?). The atmosphere inside is kind of weird, sometimes you get helped very quickly and other times youhave to wait around for the employees to notice you... but otherwise a nice store, solid food, I come here often.
