Subs were decent but it took FOREVER to receive my food. I ordered the subs online almost 25 mins before coming to pick them up.... When I arrived, they weren?t ready. I waited a bit longer to see if they would make them but the staff kept taking peoples?orders that were walking in instead of making our subs. It took them over an HOUR to give us our subs?. When people walking ingot them within minutes of ordering. Either make the online orders or shut down online ordering because this is unacceptable. Read more

I've experienced some minor service issues at this location since the pandemic started, but they always seem to try their best,... even when short staffed. I went today, and the whole experience was A+. I was acknowledged soon after I entered the shop.Ordering and cashing out was quick, and the sandwich was delicious. The quality of the food has never wavered for me. I'dencourage anyone to support this place and give it a try, because I think they're the best sub shop I've been to. If anyone hashad a better sub in the area, I'd love to hear it! Read more

Was in line for 30 minutes to even order then took another 30 min to get 4 subs. Saff does not acknowledge anyone in line or... work quickly to fulfill orders . Need better management. Terrible that we paid almost 80 dollars for food and it takes hour anda half to eat . Read more

I was a big fan of this place before. Their subs are nice and tasty. But last time I tried to order a sub, I was left their for... a good 10 minutes without anybody asking me what to order. When I approach to one of the employee and ask if he can take, theonly reply I got is he is busy and ask me to look for other employees to order. I gave up and went to the Whole Food Market nextdoor, and probably not going back again. Read more

Stopped in tonight on my way home since I wanted something quick and filling. Okay I admit I eat here whenever I can. Walked... in at 8pm (they close at 10pm) and there weren?t any customers dinning in. The first thing I heard was workers in the backjoking to each other that they should come out and tell me they are closed. Then a young man came out and started to help. Hewasn?t too bad, but could tell he didn?t want to be there. While making my sub he asked me to go down to the register which wasnormal. Once I got down there and waited a minute or two a dark haired kid came out licking, no actually he was slurping hisfingers as I could tell I pissed him off for interrupting his meal. In a very unprofessional manner asked me what I ordered. Itold him that I got a full size godfather and he rolled his eyes and said stick your card it. Then the register froze up. When a short lady worker walked out she said ?maybe we should have just closed? in a snarky tone. After they figured it outand I paid I went to pick up the sub and I asked the first guy for some of their well known oil in a container since I didn?twant it soak before I got home. He grabbed a container and filled it half way as his bottle emptied. I politely asked if Icould have a little more than that and the black haired loser says?oh that?s plenty. It?s more than most people would need.? Iresponded that the oil is my favorite part and I always get more than most do. He muttered. ?Oh daddy wants his sauce?. Itook my meal and left as he isn?t worth my time. Even though I have eaten here hundreds of times, one bad apple does spoil itfor me. I?m done and won?t be back. Read more

If you want a killer lunch sandwich or a killer weekend sub then do waste your time going anywhere else. Dibellas is no joke.... The place is always packed for good reason. The Godfather is awesome and the cheesesteak is equally as impressive. If you'venever been to Dibellas in Ann Arbor mi. I'd highly suggest it. They have fresh prepared bread all day with wonderful selectionof condiments for your enjoyment. Read more

This review is solely for this location. This is a picture of the crusty cruton textured bread. I spoke with Stephen about it... and he knew exactly what happened. He told me I could get a replacement for free. I called a few weeks later and asked to placeon order redeeming my replacement sub and additional food. The woman who answer the phone was rude. She left me on hold for 5minutes then hung up on me. I called back and got a different woman who was much more pleasant. She said she wouldn't put me onhold to avoid a disconnection. I heard her yell for Stephen and then she said well we messed up her order we have to make itright. It was clear he wasn't going to handle it. Then I hear the same woman who answered the phone the first time yell thatthey aren't doing free subs and Stephen isn't going to the phone. I sat there 2 to 3 more minutes with no one coming to thephone and finally hung up. This is half of my original sub that I receieved. On top of the hard bread, I didnt get the extrabacon I paid for. This location is a JOKE. Read more

Great sandwich joint. Bread is excellent and is made in house. The staff were very friendly and willing to help new people... with menu choices. I do wish they had a larger selection of dressings. Sandwiches are large and very filling. Read more
