The lamb noodles looks good but tastes dreadful. It’s extremely salty I feel I already get dehydrated a few bites in. Noodles... are the cheap ones you buy in bulk from the store. Lamb is tough. Doesn’t worth the price. Service was okay-ish. Read more
Probably the worst delivery food Ive ever eaten. We got pan fried noodles that looked like old ramen noodles someone left out... along with vegetables floating in syrup. The “shanghai style pork buns” were dumplings in what tasted like maple syrup. Thescallion pancakes were covered in grease. We got sick from the food. $85 for it all and we threw it in the trash. Good food, good service & food while very good was inconsistant from bite to bite. My spicy orange chicken and fried rice was... for the most part amazing but some pieces were over cooked and chewy. Overall Evergreen was a good experience and would try themagain. Read more

The most authentic Chinese restaurant in Ann Arbor. The environment is beautiful and the food is delicious. Our whole family... loves it. The taste of the Spicy Pot Series is authentic Sichuan flavor, which is very rare to eat in the United States. Ifthere are children in the family, the Honey Crispy Jumbo Shrimp is also very delicious, sweet and crunchy, with amber walnuts.Great! Read more
The Evergreen has been our local Chinese restaurant since we moved to Ann Arbor. Over that 40 years, it has fluctuated in... quality, although it has become excellent in the last five years. Their normal offerings are well made and tasty (I especiallyrecommend the lemon chicken), but I must shout out their willingness to adapt to my current restrictive diet. I've ordereddishes without sauces and cooked differently, and they have made them every time and, most often, they have been tasty as well. Highly recommended. Read more
