as a fan of five guys, who has eaten at them around the world, I was extremely disappointed with the service tonight. with very... minimal number of customers in the restaurant, it still took me over 20 minutes to get out the door. I understand that there isa labor shortage, but what I was seeing from the staff was routine and consistent mismanagement of time. for example, my hot dogwas completely assembled, but only at the very end did they put the hot dog on the grill. numerous other times I saw lots offinished sandwiches waiting, but only at the last minute did they put them into bags to allow people to get out the door. whytwo stars? because the hot dog was excellent. I didn't take any pics of my food like I normally would. I was distracted by the person who was cleaning the restaurant and... sweeping around guests as they were eating. The place cleared out pretty quick as she started cleaning, due to how aggressiveshe was about it. It was kind of gross to watch this person fling the broom so hard that you could see dust in the air. Thelooks on the other guests faces said the same thing. She was throwing the metal chairs and tables around the place, slammingthem into the walls and one another. In such a small building it was a bit overwhelming to say the least. I kept waiting for themanager to say something, but it just looked like a bunch of kids flipping burgers. It was very obvious she didn't like cleaningthe place and was making it well known. She had blocked the exit at one point for a couple of minutes while she was cleaning. I?ve been to this location plenty of times over the years, I just love Five Guys. They recently hired a bunch of new guys and... the experience has been so much better lately. The guys are extremely kind, efficient, and hard working. They always seem likethey could use one more employee working so I expect to wait a little when I come in to pick up an online order. However thefood is always hot, fresh, and excellently made. I?ll take such positive customer service and hot well made food any day, evenif I have to wait a few extra minutes. And yes, it?s Five Guys, so you?re going to pay more than at Wendy?s, it?s way better. Read more

I love five guys. They are a little bit pricey compared to other fast food but I believe that is because they use ingredients... that are fresh and higher quality. They give good size portions also. I am a small eater but I can share a little burgerbecause they are not so little! Great shakes and fries also! I would definitely recommend anyone who likes a burger to givethem a try! Yummy ????
