Come for the great music, but if you're hoping to get your drink on, don't plan to stay long. The bar is packed, but so many... people without a drink! There are no more servers, there's a line that the bartenders don't respect. So you wait long, get mad,and want to start fights. The bartenders are overwhelmed, and even yell at the guests! I have never been so disrespected by a bartender in my entire life. I ordered 5 drinks, got 2, was told to wait for more... glasses. Explained that they could use any glass, like the the ones I could visibly see, but was told to **** off by thebartender. I moved to the other side of the bar, spoke to the manager, they responded with excuses. The other 3 drinks werefree, however time and respect are worth more to me. I'm extremely disappointed. I've never been treated this way at a bar. Thebartender was the only guy with a beard. Get rid of him. Or at least tell him to be a man and make eye contact when he uses thattype of language. Great vibes at Mash. I was there on a Friday night and there was live music - always a great addition. I got the grandpa to... drink and it was very fun (although the PBR could be bigger - see the beer and a bump at Regents). Read more
This bar has such a cool vibe. The bouncer was nice and the line wasn?t that bad for a Saturday night. He also let you in with... the people you came with so you won?t have 1 person stuck outside by themselves or anything. The bartenders were prompt andquick but not necessarily friendly or chatty. The worst part is that the women?s bathroom is a single bathroom (yikes...always aline) and there aren?t very many places to sit. The live music was nice. Not a bad place to hang out by any means but Ann Arbordefinitely has cooler spots. Read more
Its a great place for drinks and watching live bands. The atmosphere is great and the drinks are good for the price. The only... caveat is that I would not order any cocktails that are not from their cocktail menu. The bartenders did not do a good jobmaking any cocktail not on the menu. Read more
