I was very excited to get McDonald?s from this location. I know what to expect with McDonald?s food and I was glad I made it to... the drive thru 25 minutes before close. I arrived at 11:35 and the website is listed as closing at 12. I proceeded to wait inthe drive thru for over 15 minutes with no one responding on the other side. I was unable to place my order because no employeewas responding. I then drove away, and circled back through the drive thru to see if maybe they just didn?t see me the firsttime, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Still, no response. This was happening with at least 2 other cars in the line behindus. Then, we gave up ordering. After leaving, we called to see if someone was there. They did answer and we asked if the drivethru was open, they said no and we asked if it had also been closed for the last 20 minutes and they answered it was despite thehours on the website saying otherwise. Either you have an incorrect website or incredibly rude and irresponsible employees. Itwould be nice if one or both were updated. If you?re closed, fine. Just let us know. If not, then your employees failed you asa company and did not adhere to your service standards. Anyway, going to bed without food now because I trusted your website torelay accurate information. Will not be going back to this location. Don?t trust it to provide me food when I need it. Read more
TRUST THOSE 1 STAR REVIEWS. This is the WORST McDonald?s I have been so far. So far, I ordered three time online through three... different methods (in-store, drive-through, and park at their designated spot). None of these methods works. They don?t want youin the store and they will leave you dry in the parking spot for 20 minutes (you have to go in to get it). The speaker is supertrashy in the drive-through. And it takes 10 minutes before they got to me then put me on hold for another five. Read more
Used to be a super fast and friendly drive-thru. Not lately, sadly to say. Nothing quite like saying hi to someone who won?t... even speak to you or acknowledge your presence. (And they say people in France are rude). Area around restaurant often filthywith items dropped at the drive thru staining the ground. On the flip side?you know what you?re gonna get. This McDonald?s doesn?t even deserve one star. They took 36 minutes to get my take out order done. There was a line of people... waiting for theirs also. What a complete joke. If you can?t handle the amount of people then you guys need to limit orders justto drive thru only or shut down for the day. Read more
I'm not sure if it's different ownership or management or crew, but the quality of food and service has gotten to be pretty... awesome at this location. Quick... had 9 minutes to get to work which is next door. I was on time and everything was there. Curtious and pleasant at 7:51.... No complaints except the lady that honked her horn behind me. 3 cars ahead of us!!! Almost bought her food and took it butwasn't in a petty mood. Read more
Yet another McDonald?s disappointment. I was waiting at the take out speaker for several minutes on June 18th at 6:11 am. No one... took my order and I made sure they were open. Another car pulled into the 2nd speaker and I thought could hear someone takingher order. I waited and left without ordering as she pulled to the window. I saw a man looking at me as he took her money. Ijust left. After my appointment I went back to use the restroom. It wasn?t busy so I decided to order lunch inside. Aftergetting my drink I noticed a bag placed behind a high set of trays. 4 of the workers just started talking with each other andlaughing. I said excuse me several times with no one even acknowledging my existence. I reached around to grab the bag as i hadwaited 7 minutes. I will never go back here. Not only do the employees not care about the customers, but are rude as well. I?veran into nothing but bad experiences at many McDonald?s restaurants lately. So I had a deal from McDonald's if I bought a Big Mac I got a quarter pounder for free took them forever to figure out my code... how to put it in then I didn't get the quarter pounder when I'm driving down the street and open it up and it's just a regularhamburger boy I was mad but I didn't have time to go back, the service at McDonald's all around the country is starting to fallit's a shame what's going on. The one by my home in Canton Michigan is hardly ever open you pull up to the drive-thru it's theonly thing going is the drive-thru and then they tell you we're only doing Uber delivery and that's it sorry come back anotherday.
