Pretty good service, usually long lines at the drive through but nice workers and McDonald's is McDonald's food wise
So I went to this location and I saw people eating inside and was rudely demanded to go out bcuz lobby is closed but clearly it... wasn't if the staff was giving them all their food while they ate. Which this happened at 5:40ish pm. Read more
A very nice employee working the drive thru today around 1:30 was apologizing for the wait and seemed to genuinely care! They... gave us our food fairly quickly once we got our order in and everything was delicious despite it being a rush! Definitely betterservice compared to the other one on washtenaw. Read more
We stopped here on the way to work. We waited 10 minutes for a drive thru. Only 3 people in front of us. We ordered a 10pc mc... nugget, sweet and sour sauce, and a number 6. We leave to go to work. It takes about 15 minute to get to work. They gave us aspicy chicken sandwich instead of a 10pc and honey mustard instead of sweet and sour sauce. So I drove 15 minutes back. I thenhad to wait in line for 20minutes. Instead of them saying, hey, keep the sandwich here is the new 10pc. and sweet and sour saucethey took it all back. At the very least, they could have at least said, keep it for your troubles. But nope, Gas is still $4 agallon and apparently I had to waist almost an hour of my life because they can't put an order together. That is so wrong, on somany levels.. Never eating here again. Poor Deborah doesn't deserve to be bullied at her own job. Come work for me Deborah, your customer... service skills wont go to waste unlike at this McDonalds. If I was the manager, Kenzie would not have a job. Read more
My last visit was a disaster, I went there for lunch and the sandwich wrapper was completed smeared with ketchup and mustard... which ended up all over the place, geez take a few seconds to show you actually care about your customers and want them to comeback, I will never go back and don't know how a business can stay open if they have no customers. I would definitely recommendto friends and family to drive 30 minutes away from this place if they wanted Mcdonald and this one doesn't deserve 1 cent fromany customer. Read more
I would give this place 1 star if I could. Went and placed and order on 7.28.22 at 4:30pm. My order was taken wrong and I... basically was told I had to get back in line to order the items I originally asked for and thought was understood by the younglady that took my order. Then to make matters worse I spoke with a so called manager that didn’t apologize for the mistakemade by her employee and told that I could just come inside to order or get back in line. Unbelievably horrendous customerservice! Save your time and stay away from here! They will make you feel like you’re the problem for simply asking for whatthey should have got right the first time!
