Horrible experience with the staff. I watched them put 2 burritos on the grill, for the customer ahead of me. I asked to have my... burrito also fried, and a staff member told me no right away. Then the cashier told me they could do it for $1, which I agreedto. The first staff member didn't care, and wrapped up my burrito anyway. Place is clean. Service is ok. Food is ok as well. This is an equivalent of Qudoba and Co. It is good without being amazing, nor... interesting - it is food chain after all. Don't expect much and you should be fine. Side note. Last time at that locationsthey let me order a pop, knowing the fountain did not work and refused to reimburse me because I poured a drink aka a water withgas in it instead of a flavored pop. every time i go to this location they are out of stock of numerous things. today they were out of stock of lettuce, pico, queso,... guacamole, & chips. their tofu was burnt & had absolutely no sauce or flavor. so dry. workers are never warm. highly recommendedtaking the extra time to go to the other location nearby. My partner and I have been going here for years. Pre-Covid, this location was a great place to get burritos. However this... location took a huge hit during Covid and to this day, has not recovered. Lack of proper staffing and high employee turn aroundis a huge issue. Unclean tables, unavailable ingredients, missing supplies, untrained staff and incorrect orders are just a fewof the issues I've encountered visiting this establishment in the last 4 months. I pick up frequently and today was the first time I had an issue. Avoid online ordering like the plague, not only did they not... give me extra steak but it seemed like I got less steak then when I order normally. It also would have been faster for me toorder in person. They missed half of my requested ingredients. When I asked about it, the guy was nice and said oh it looks likethe receipt didn't print out all the way. I get that stuff like that happens but the people making it just saw cut offingredient lists and passed it off as complete. Read more

This place is a must, way better than similar places like Chiptole, Moe's, Qdoba. Their tortillas are pressed fresh right in... front of you made to order, their food is always fresh and fast. The staff is friendly and prompt with service. Definitelyrecommend. Read more

Tried Pancheros for the first time today off a recommendation from a friend and we were highly disappointed. Staff did not greet... us when we walked in but instead slowly came out from the back and after being behind the counter for a few minutes they stilldidn't greet us but just asked what we wanted, neither associate that helped us was friendly. The restaurant was very dirty andfood looked like it had been sitting there for a while and appeared to be in dirty containers as well. Food was nothing specialand had little flavor. We tried the medium and mild salsas and the medium was very salty and had an offputting taste of char.Unfortunately have to say we won't be back. Read more

I'm not much of a Mexican cuisine fan but, I really like this restaurant. It's like a Subway for Mexican food...everything that... you love is wrapped up in a burrito, no matter how many ingredients you choose. They fry their own tortillas, professionally addthe ingredients that you prefer, they roll it up, ask you if you'd like a certain sauce, & BOOM!...your own personalburrito! ????Loving it! Read more
