As a Doordasher the staff are always great!! Food is always good since I deliver alot for them. Will try them on a day off. Seem... better than the one on Washtenaw or on Eisenhower. They seem worth the drive across town for. Give them a try. Read more

Ordered a tuna salad sandwich here yesterday. Was told by the cashier that I could have it on a croissant. Once the order was... placed I was told by the preparer that they were out of croissants so I changed it to wheat bread. When I got home I found it tobe a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread. As I?m vegetarian and I did not feel like going back to Panera, I tossed thedarn sandwich and swore never to return there again!! No one there seems to know what they?re doing! Read more
Stopped in for dinner after a long day of work and helping friends. Not sure what happened to the half sandwich (notice it is... only a quarter sandwich) and soup (which was not a bowl) as sizes have shrunk. I don't know why my bottom bread was soaked butyou can see it in the picture. The bottom of my plate was wet as well, left a wet spot on the table pictured as well. I askedfor a fork so when tuna fell out the sandwich I could eat it with a fork, well none fell out because of the small amount on it. I didn't bother with it as I will definitely not stop at this Panera again. I went home and made a bowl of cereal to finish mymeal since what used to fill me didn't at this location. It would also be nice if there was communication between the front andkitchen area about the breads available. Stood online over five minutes only to have to make more changes to mysandwich. Don't try to talk to the people making the food, some of the male employees get annoyed and rude. Read more
I love ordering food,but when I receive my food with things on it I don?t want or like it makes me upset. I totally understand... mäßig things up but this has happened so many times. Food and customer service were great! Pick Two Chicken wild rice soup is a go to on a cold day with a baguette. Chicken avocado... melt sandwich is my new fave! Whenever ordering through mobile app, easy to add extra veggies at no cost, up to 5 choices, etc.Hard to remember it all when standing in line. ????
