Very disappointing experience. Placed an online order which said it would be ready within 30 minutes. Arrived at the Ann Arbor... location 30 minutes later and the staff was completely disorganized. They have no idea how to process online orders so I waitedan extra 20 minutes and watched 15 people go through the line and get their food before me. Eventually asking for the third timesomeone started to make my order. They handed it to me and said I was all set but when I looked in the bag it was only half ofthe order. They then went back and made the other half. No sense of leadership organization, no manager available to speak to.Food tasted pretty good for raw seafood in Michigan, but based on the service we will not be going back. Read more

Absolutely amazing food. I love sushi a lot and was a bit concerned I wouldn't like sushi in a bowl but I was extremely... surprised. It was absolutely delicious and I 100% plan on going again. Went for the first time today after saying "I should go in there" since it opened last year. I was pleasantly surprised at the... quality of the bowl. I got the Tuna lover bowl and it was just awesome. Loved the spicy tuna and spicy mayo on top. And theworker who served me was super helpful after I told her it was my first time. Definitely going back to try more things and maybeI'll get adventurous and try to create my own. The only bad thing I could say is that this large bowl was $15. Pricy, butexpected given it's sushi grade tuna. Read more

I got a large spicy tuna crunch bowl. It was wonderfully scrumptious, although I should note did ask to replace the onion with... watermelon radish. They let me freely adjust or add anything you want. The people working here were really nice in showingnewcomers in how it all works too, so don't be shy! Read more
