It was a really great stop! The food was good, very original for a sub/ soup spot. The soup was wonderful & the bacon o. My... sandwich had so much flavor. I ordered a ham sandwich with a cup broccoli and cheddar soup for lunch and it was terrible. The sandwich was basically just... lettuce and bread and the little piece of ham it did have on it tasted disgusting. Really want to like this place but my last two powerhouse salads had rotten cucumbers, and since it was to go I didn't know... until I was back at work. They had to have seen them while adding the chicken, right? The tomatoes also tasted off even thoughthey looked ok. Read more
Hi, I just ordered a chicken salad sandwich today with extra toppings of lettuce, light mayo, and seasoning. I had my order... delivered and it was unopened when I got it, so it was not tampered with after being bought. Upon opening the sandwich right outof the bag, there is ONLY lettuce and mayo, no chicken salad. I paid for much more than what I got. It is disgusting, a lettuceand mayo sandwich. Is there a way I can get a partial refund or something? I have had past good experiences with potbellys sonaturally I'm very disappointed. I can not find another way to contact you about my wrong order so I'm doing it here. I dontthink I've ever asked for a refund or pointed out a wrong order in my life because I know food service staff are so busy andstressed, but a lettuce sandwich is a bit worse than just giving me the wrong food item. Good salads. Not fantastic, but good. Their lettuce mix could be better (i.e. have more leaf and less core), but it's a little... better than decent. They are accommodating when it comes to substitutions. So, basically I get what I want, nothing I don'twant, and it's relatively quick. Read more
