They didn?t toast my sub it was cold. I would never go to potbelly?s for a cold sandwich.

I do doordash to this place all the time and I love the energy and the attitude of the employees,I got some ice cream from stone... cold on the left xD, I?m actually vary amazed how good of a sub this is,Italian with mayo and Italian seasoning and it?s so goodand spicy, love so much about this place and should be more popular :) Read more
Or office ordered salads for lunch and received a salad labeled farm house but was a apple cranberry salad instead. We called... and let them know their mistake and was told they couldn?t do anything about it. We would have to bring it back and they wouldgive us the correct one. Jimmy Johns would have had the correct item over with no charge if they made a mistake. Terriblecustomer service, and no refund for the missing item. If we could go out we wouldn?t have had it delivered. Shame on them. Read more
Thank you for being open. The food is generally good. Personal favorites are the Wreck and the chili. Macaroni and cheese sounds... promising, but really nothing special when I tried it. Service is acceptable to good range-a bit inconsistent. Overall though,appreciate them being open in the evening for those of us out getting stuff done at that time. Read more
Potbelly is consistently good. The sandwiches are great and they never let you down. I started out eating the AWreck sandwich... then I graduated to the Italian. The soups are also great. The thing that really makes Potbelly special is the cookies however.The sugar cookie is the best I've ever had!!! Its simple yet elegant. Always the perfect texture of soft in the middle butslightly crunchy on the edges. I cant leave them alone. Read more
This place is amazing. I accidentally ordered online to the State Street location but thought I'd ordered here and was on my... lunch break (limited time!). Seeing my panicked face, a young man who appeared to be the manager told me to show him my receiptand he'd replace the order there. They were quick and kind, and the food was delicious, as always. I didn't have cash for a tipso I felt awful, but the same young man was graceful and unbothered by that. You've earned a customer for life with thisexceptional customer service.
