If you?re looking for a spot with horrible service, rude workers, and amateur managers, this is the way to go. The first 3 times... i went, I had placed online orders. When I had finally arrived 45 minutes later, I found nobody in the store except the workerson their phones. They had not even started making my drinks. The staff is incredibly rude, especially Anika. Mind you, thisisn?t the only time this has happened. The last straw was when I was home from college and accidentally placed an order. When Iimmediately tried to cancel and ask for a refund, the staff shut me down. When I asked to speak to a manager, the managerrefused to even speak with me.
