This new Boba Cafe replaced Bubble Island in downtown A2 and I\'m so glad it did. Drinks here are much more authentic with way... more flavors, topping options, and food choices (like musubi). At first, the prices seem high until you get your drink andrealize how enormous they are. Glad this is here, I make it a point to stop in now everytime I go to Pinball Pete\'s next door. Read more

If you?re looking for a spot with horrible service, rude workers, and amateur managers, this is the way to go. The first 3 times... i went, I had placed online orders. When I had finally arrived 45 minutes later, I found nobody in the store except the workerson their phones. They had not even started making my drinks. The staff is incredibly rude, especially Anika. Mind you, thisisn?t the only time this has happened. The last straw was when I was home from college and accidentally placed an order. When Iimmediately tried to cancel and ask for a refund, the staff shut me down. When I asked to speak to a manager, the managerrefused to even speak with me. I love Quickly! First of all look at how huge these cups are! and yesss they were both mine ???? I thought they were going to... come very small but I was wrong ! I am so amazing by their milk tea. Came here for the first time, and it was also my first time beer trying boba tea and I must say it was a really good experience.... The menu has so many different options to choose from, and each drink can be customized to your liking. I personally like thefruit flavored bobas better than the tea/coffee tasting, but it all depends on once?s preference. The atmosphere is great andthe staff is super nice and friendly. Love coming to get boba tea here! They make the drinks quick. Just a couple things to note: about 50% of the time they will... forget any food that?s ordered and we have to remind them. They are VERY cheap on the boba here. The milk tea is double boba andthe strawberry is 4 types of bubbles. This is the only place in Ann Arbor that is so cheap on the toppings. I highly suggest youguys reconsider the amount of toppings you put in and try to be competitive with the other tea places in AA. Keep in mind whenordering: when you do less sweet(75%, 50% or 25%) you also lose the flavor. So the people complaining about the drinks tastinglike water that?s the issue. I would also suggest when doing less sweet don?t compromise the tea flavor as this seems to be anissue with just Quickly. Again, love coming here, just some suggestions to improve upon. Read more
