The dining experience was pleasurable the food very palatable the selections is for celiac and gluten free or about average when... it comes to the knowledge of the staff is pertaining to the allergens for gluten and celiac they seem to be very knowledgeableand be able to direct you as to what items to order they even have two separate menus one that contains gluten allergies and theother menu also has a greater detail of the ingredients of each item which I was impressed by. The gouda deep fried cheese ballsare wonderful item however they lack umami there is a dire need for improvement in flavor such as some white or black wintertruffle dust would really set this dish off The entree I had was the breakfast scramble it was well prepared delicious excitedthe taste buds and the presentation was pretty remarkable top with avocado. In my in my dining experience I also enjoy the chaitea coffee as they have a full coffee bar as well as a bar for all the alcoholic beverages you would like to enjoy. Read more

It was okay. Tons of vegan food which is great, but what we ordered we didn't really like. Got the Mac n cheese to go, which... ended up being the best dish we got. Spinach and artichoke dip was decent too. Read more

I am always impressed by the food here. They are a vegetarian restaurant, and I wouldn't necessarily call myself a vegetarian,... but if this is what vegetarian cuisine is all about, I can't say I'd be missing a whole lot giving up meat. Plenty of theirdishes can be made vegan, too, if that's your jam. There's plenty of beer and wine to wash it down with. Read more

Celebrated my Anniversary on the 21st and dined here at Seva, I have dined here before a few years ago and it was wonderful. Not... sure what happened to the quality of food or service but it was not good this time around. For appetizers, we ordered thebruschetta with vegan basil cashew pesto, tomato basil relish, Kalamata olive tapenade, and sesame seed crusted goat cheese. What we got was garlic bread, oily bland pesto, watery flavorless diced tomatoes with hints of basil, almost pureed Kalamataolives with no seasoning, and mashed-up goat cheese. My husband commented the goat cheese was flavorless, and for his entree,he ordered the ravioli and it arrived chewy and undercooked and very bland. I ordered the pad Thai that was supposed to comewith tofu, mung sprouts, green onions, and spicy sesame seed lime-cilantro sauce with peanuts. I am sharing pics because theentrees did not have the listed ingredients that were supposed to be included. All I can say is the menu items looked lovely onthe menu but not on the plate, as they very much lacked taste and presentation and not to mention the missing ingredients. Sadlyit was not the experience I had anticipated, and then there was our surly missing waitress. I hope others find their diningexperience at Seva's to be better, and hopefully more flavorful, and I hope they improve as we need more vegan restaurants. Verydisappointed! Read more

Very delicious food with a variety of wonderful flavors! The Greek/quinoa salad was very good, but pretty light on the greens.... The sweet potato fries were great and nice and crispy! They have a wide range of food choices and there is something to pleaseeveryone. Read more
