Service is fine, coffee (americano) is average, passing grade.
B-schools are pretty cool. They have embedded Starbucks with almost full menus!
I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the last negative experience, because I thought they were just training new people,... but I'm now done with this location. Today, I ordered my drink (a latte) and saw her write my name on the cup for a hot drink.Somehow, a lemonade came out for me. I told them my correct order, and they then made an iced latte. When I said that I didn'task for iced, the person went off on me about how she couldn't have known that and I should have said I wanted hot. This location is honestly awful most of the time. The Baristas when they are busy say they can't make certain drinks and then... don't know certain drinks that I get at other locations. Took over 15 minutes to get my drinks as well. Read more
