This location is clearly very understaffed and not run well. Staff are friendly but took way too long to even be greeted. Drive... thru also clearly suffers due to short staffing and management issues. While better than the Carpenter Rd location the waythings are run at this Starbucks definitely needs some improvement. My app said that my drink would be ready at 9:08 and I waited until 9:15 before asking the takeout person, who said they were 15... minutes behind. That is TOTALLY okay, I've worked food service before and have been way more behind than that. My issue was withhow rude the takeout person was when I asked. She was very short with me and I ended up feeling bad for asking after an orderthat I paid for, even though I asked nicely. When I asked if I was supposed to go to the cashier to get a refund, her responsewas something to the effect of "yea, go over there, whatever". I do know that she'd probably gotten flack from a lot of peoplethis morning but I was not one of those people. Read more
Drive through is slow and almost always packed but they always get it right, and employees are always super kind. They had a pay... it forward line yesterday. Someone covered my $23 order so I got the $5 order behind me. I hope it kept going on for a while. Ithink she said I was the 7th or 8th in line for it. Love it! Read more
The tall black woman with the dreads didn't know how many ounces were in a "large". The seating arrangement is also weird... because the middle tables take up a lot of space and the square tables on the side are scrunched in together. Read more
Asking how much time it takes for a phone order. Unsure why you have a problem answering to that. Even IF you ARE dam busy you... could simple answered politely. I wanted to know how far behind I was. 1 lady was trying to find out other one was" u justplaced order 4mins back u wanted to know if it's ready?" Why you have to take your frustration and whatever is on a customer? kindly improve YOUR customer service AND TRAIN all employees. Read more
I ordered 3 times in the past 10 days in this starbucks. Twice for drive through and once for pick-up. I would say the staff... there were nice. However, they were soooooooo slow in drive through orders. I waited 20 min (weekday) for the first drivethrough order and over 30 min (weekend) for today's drive through order, which were extremely unacceptable. I will never placedrive through order in this location. (The pick-up looks ok) I assume there may be some possible reasons for the slow drivethrough. 1. TOOOOO many walk-in drive through orders in this location which makes the bad experience. If this is the reason,maybe you can learn from the starbucks in East Setauket, NY. Believe me, all the customers whoever place orders online dont wantto wait 30 min to get the drink. That is the best starbucks I have visited before and the location I visited the most. They havetwo drive through lines, one for mobile order andone for the walk-in. I can always get my drink in 2 min whenever I go there.(BTW, the experience here makes me decide to leave a 5-star comment in that location lol) 2. Not enough staff. Then hire onemore which will make a big difference. 3. The staff are not skilled enough to make drinks fast. Then train them better. Inconclusion, dont choose drive-though when you place an order online in this location, or you will get stuck there for 20-30 min. Read more

UPDATE Nov 27, 2022 Crew inside was bustling to get orders out with a smile. Nice vibe to hang out or get some work done.... Spacious. Always great customer service...the team of girls were working hard to get all the orders out! Always lines at thislocation...but worth the wait! ????????? Read more
