Enjoy coming here in the Summer. Service is good, product is good, streetside parking is generally immediately available (or... parking lot nearby). And, the outdoor seating in the courtyard between buildings is very enjoyable. All-new outdoor table andchair settings this season. Read more

Such a great space; love their coffee and their staff is always super nice despite how busy they constantly are.

Delightful and delicious, Sweetwaters has managed to capture both my attention and taste-buds! I was a bit confused on where... the entrance to this building was located, but I guess there are two doors that you can enter into Sweetwaters with. One of thedoors is outside the market area, and opens into a main foyer that accesses all the other local shops inside the tower. Thesecond door is the main entrance for the café itself, and is located around the corner of the building. Overall, the roomitself is comprised of medium-high ceilings with exposed framework, brick, and air ducts. It's both unfinished but somehow puttogether at the same time. I actually am quite fond of the "partially done" look, It makes the café as a whole feel raw andreal. The counter was well organized and clean. The seating was abundant and varied (with both hard and soft seating options). It did feel a little tight on space, but it wasn't overly crowded. Even though a few of my food inquires were met with "no wecan't do that," or "sorry, we just ran out," I did manage to find something that WAS on the menu and available to purchase. Idon't blame them, however. I had ordered around 4 pm, so that might explain their stock running low. Despite that, the staffwere very kind to my friend and I when taking our time to order, and we waited very little for everything to come out. Iordered the Thai Tea, and I was not disappointed. It was absolutely mouth-watering. The coffee that my friend had ordered wasalso rich and strong (as far as coffees go). We also shared a orange-cranberry scone which happened to very yummy when pairedwith both our drinks, as well. The pricing was fair in both café standards and in general. I think that the quality isexceptionally high, and the amount of food/drink meets the price as well. I think this is the perfect spot for hanging out withfriends, having a "catch-up" conversation with someone, or working on your computer away from home. This café is both qu Read more

Every time I?m been here, the baristas/cashiers have been very socially awkward. I should not have to guess whether or not it?s... my turn because the cashier just stares at me. I?m never met with pleasantries or told my total, the cashier just walks away. The atmosphere is alright but there?s a lot to be improved from the perspective of someone who works in customer service. Also Ithink it?s ridiculous that I paid $5 for a regular cup of tea when I could just buy a box for about that price. Read more

It can get pretty busy and they are suffering from staffing issues but I still got my drink fast and was able to find a spot to... work. Drinks are good, not great, but are better than Starbucks. The environment is noisy but not in an offensive way. It's anice place to meet up or get some work done, just be sure to check the hours. Because of said staffing issues they have limitedhours on some days and are entirely closed on others. Read more

After I asked the workers to make a "extra creamy" milkshake I heard alot of grunting at first, but then it all went silent then... they emerged with a milkshake dripping with droplets of milk and more ;) The taste was immaculate, quite sour but somesweet. It was extra THICK but had some runny parts 10/10 service from them unforgettable. Read more

WiFi: 2.7 mbs down 3.0 upload: painfully slow; Printer: No; Seats: 35: ecclectic cozy/normal seating options; Outlets: 0.5... outlets per seat, awkward spots; Lighting: Medium, open air feeling; Noise: noisy buzz; but fine for focus; Vanilla Late: notsure Order pressure: none Awesome buzzing atmosphere from the surrounding market and shops, with a cozy fire place andecclectic seating options. I loved this shop! The only downside was the WiFi. It was too slow to handle my VPN and basic workingneeds. If you send me a picture of an upgraded WiFi I would update my rating to 5 stars! Very cozy Sweetwater nuzzled into a corner of Kerrytown. The staff are very friendly and expedient and there is lots of seating.
