Love this Sweetwaters location in the beautiful Michigan Union. My teenaged daughter loves to grab a coffee and treat from here... and study. You can take your drink and enjoy it in the fireplace area which is awesome and cozy. This used to be my favorite cafe on campus. I absolutely love the matcha and imperial milk tea. However, had a really horrible... experience. I ordered my matcha, like I do everyday during the semester. My triple was filled to where the double would be andthe double was a single. Essentially I got a small for the price of a medium. Nicely asked the person making, who looked likethe manager, if it could be filled. Was hit with a blunt response ?This is what you paid for. All the other people just don?tfollow the rules.? If the rules is to treat customers with no compassion and passive aggressiveness, then I don?t know if theother employees should be following the rules.
