UPDATE October 2022 Taco Bell pass for the month has been awesome... great deal... first time buying it $10! However,... remembering to order a taco daily needs a reminder (set one on your phone to help). As long as you've ordered $10 worth oftacos, you've gotten even money, any more tacos enjoyed is bonus for the month. Got to try a few more varieties other than theusual crunchy beef taco. The potato one is chunky home potatoes wrapped in a tortilla. Tried the Doritos locos taco and found itjust ok. The original crunchy taco taste-wise is better in my opinion. All the supreme versions add the tomatoes and sourcream. Still friendly staff all hours of the day! Fast service at both Ann Arbor locations on Jackson Road or WestStadium. Checked out the new breakfast egg burritos... decent size and filling for breakfast. Available in potato, sausage,steak, or the grande from what I could see in the drive thru. Forgot to take a pic of the food... next time! Recently tried theChipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and was pleasantly surprised! It was tasty and enough for a meal. I placed a mobile order my husband went to pick up- the man at the drive through said nothings ready and won?t be for another 15... min- husband said you didn?t even ask a order number or name- he then told my husband to drive around to tell him the same andto come back in 20- ummm no! He then accused my husband of threatening him- false- dash cam!!! He waited for the police as theestablishment called. He wanted a receipt to show the refund? simple!? Not for them! The employees then antagonized my husbandrecording my license plate and car after coming out of the establishment to do so- but was scared and called the cops? Doesn?tmake much sense! The cop informed us they were upset with shift before them but that?s no reason to take it out on a payingcustomer! We will go elsewhere moving forward! Food is usually good.....if they accept your order. Was able to order from the app and paid ahead, went to the speaker and... they're only fulfilling delivery orders. What's the difference between a delivery driver picking up an order through the drivethru and an app customer picking up through the drive thru? Just disable the app if you don't want my money. Half a star would be a better review. Was served my pickup order, and not only did they forgot a few items, but decided to... switch beef for chicken, and go about 10% on the chicken. Maybe 3 pieces on the tacos that were more like lettuce and cheesetaco. Was told at the window that they were sold out of beef and chicken, but was not told that they were going to swap out themeat on the order (virtually put no meat on). At least tell your customers before they come that you're changing the order dueto ingredients, and offer a better alternative than changing it to a vegetarian order. Read more

I just wanted Taco Bell after working a late shift at the hospital and they closed right in front of my face. While still... serving 2 other customers. At 11:13 pm. Everywhere says they are open until 1am. I placed a mobile order and just wanted to eatand go home to sleep. Read more

This Taco Bell is horrible!! I?ve placed multiple online orders and arrived only to be told that the system is down or some... other excuse. The payment processor is never down though, so expect to wait at least five days (placed order on Sat and haven?tbeen refunded as of Thursday) before your money gets refunded for their internal issues. Nothing worse than being told that theTaco Bell system is down, then watching multiple orders being handed out the window to door dash drivers. Do yourself a favorand avoid this place at all costs. I don?t know what the deal is with this Taco Bell, but the level of problems and incompetence here is astounding. Their hours... are consistently wrong on GrubHub and the official Taco Bell website. They frequently just ?aren?t taking orders right now? orrun out of beef or their systems are down, and the staff is never less than completely rude about the issues at hand. The wheelsare completely off at this location. The owner needs to make major changes, but my sense is that the problems start at the top.Do yourself a favor and drive out to Jackson road. Read more

If I Could give NO STARS I would . This is second time I've been here and the order was wrong but this time Beyond bad. Order a... Taco and Nachos . And I was given A Chicken taco and Chicken nachos and I asked them why did they give me Chicken and notseasoned beef . His answer was that we ran out and that's Ok.
