Perfect place for a long intimate dinner. Small, cozy, and romantic. Food is overall flavorful but on the pricey side for what... it is in my opinion. Drinks are delicious. Little on the pricey side too but at least they are good! Good enough for me to ordertwo! Read more

Stopped in for dinner after we couldn't get into another place next door that required reservations and were limiting their... seating capacity. This was a great find. We decided to experience the flavor of the food we ordered some appetizers - seafoodstrudel, pork belly, veal dumplings, tuna poke, and the fried artichokes plus some decadent desserts. The GM Gordy was veryfriendly and our server Erin was very helpful in making recommendations and explaining the dishes we considered. The strudel wasvery flavorful, great sauce, and tasty. The veal dumplings had a great tomato based sauce. Th e key lime pie was very good andhad a whipped cream dollops that melted in your mouth. Read more

A little dissapointed with this place. We came for our anniversary. The brussel sprouts app was no better than just roasting... them a home with olive oil. The chicken was bland and my steak was just ok. Good mashed potatoes sides and not enough veggies.Bummed with the main courses that are pretty expensive for what they are. The créme brûllé was really good, though. Read more

July 2022 - My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here, and while yes, the menu was a little pricey, the food, ambiance, and... service were all fantastic. The experience was well worth it. This was our first time dining at The West End Grill, but it willdefinitely not be our last! Read more

The food was okay, but for the price that I’m paying, it was absolutely not worth it. The free bread balanced it out a little.... With two appetizers and two mains, our total came up to $120. I came in excited to try the food, only to find myself critiquingit the entire time. However, the service was great. Appetizers Blue cheese tarts (5/5): These were the star of the show. Thecheese topping was uniquely savory and the pastry was perfectly fluffy. Nothing I would add here Pork belly (2/5): A littleovercooked for my tastes, but maybe they were going for a bit more chew. The flavors were subtle, and nothing I felt like Icouldn’t make at home. Entrees The dishes came with a complimentary salad or creamy soup around 10 minutes before the entreesarrived. Lobster farfalle (4/5): The first bites was amazing. I felt my eyebrows quivering from the flavor explosion. However,a whole plate of this is too much. It was delicious for sure, but I felt like it was lacking balance. My fiancé couldn’t eatmore than a couple of bites since it was too creamy. I feel like it would have paired well with the bitter and acidic flavorsfrom the complimentary salad, so they should have come out together? I also think this would work better as an appetizer. Seascallops (1/5): Burnt is the main thought I left with for a $46 dish. The large scallops were cooked perfectly, risotto wassubtly seasoned, but the grilled asparagus was way too burnt. At first, I thought the charcoal flavor was supposed to be a partof the dish, but then I bit into a large charred piece and it no longer seemed intentional. I don’t remember tasting any“morel cream sauce” either. Since all the other flavors were subtle to bring out the natural flavor of the scallops, I endedup having a lingering taste of char the remainder of the meal. Read more
