Friendly staff and good food, very comparable to other tropical smoothie locations. I will say, I got a three cheese chicken... quesadilla but they made it w/o the chicken? Push their inconvenience costs onto you I made an order by mistake at the wrong location, only way to cancel is by calling but... none of them pick up the phone. When I finally got someone to pick up after 15-20 minutes of calling, they told me I would onlyget half my money back. If this happens to you, I put in a ticket at their corporate website as soon as the situation startedhappening and hopefully will have it resolved this way. Read more
Horrible experience. Ordered a wrap and a smoothie, and the wrap had plastic in it!!!! The manager gave a refund, but was... horribly inconsiderate of the situation and acted like I was making it up, especially considering the amount of diseasetransference. Never going here again. Read more

I used uber eats to deliver my food and my quesadilla had hair throughout. I called to get a replacement since I am at work for... 12hours and the manager said that they would send another but I felt like their was disbelief in his tone as if I was making itup.
