Food was made to order. It was hot and ready to be eaten. The server was very nice and friendly.
Imagine a restaurant not offering mayo at 9am for a sandwich. Well they do but today the worker would prefer to power struggle... over it instead of making the order. I give fair reviews of places I go. There are things that bother me about this particular location, and then there are... positives. I will start with the "cons" first. Majority of the cashiers I've interacted with indoors aren't using politecustomer service exercises. I realize we are all human, but I've noticed that most of them only seem (as their body languageprojects) to be there because it's a paycheck and they have no passion, mildly rude or have subtle attitudes. This could beeasily solved if these employees felt more valued and the management did something to increase morale, and it be something thatthese employees truly feel make them feel more valued or engaged in their job no matter if it's a cashier or cook. This could beapproached in many ways to improve your employees quality of life here. The positives I like about this location is its anupdated site, you can order at the table, they have charging stations*, it's a great place to get studying/ work completed ifyou don't mind the ambiance of restaurant sounds. I really enjoy coming here, but for the sake of this location, focus on youremployees that are the front face of this company and help them find enjoyment in their work. (I also want to add that it may beonly a few employees that are feeling this way, but y'all are a team and can help those who are having a hard day, or they mayhave outside circumstances... this really goes for all places even outside of work) thank you for reading my review. I went inside for a change and got a chicken biscuit and a drink. I took a lot longer than I expected to get my chicken biscuit... however it was pretty good. Stood in lobby for 5 minutes while 2 to 3 off duty employees were standing in the empty lobby complaining about how customers... are rude and get mad about the littlest things. 1 of them was waiting on food. Several Employees made eye contact with me Frombehind the counter and the off duty employee recvd the food she ordered and the girl that brought it to her looked right at mestanding at the counter and walked off. Line wasn't long but instead of my turn in the next lane 4 cars were served. I yelled HELLO then someone took my order. Service... wasn't rude but when serving the public employees should interact better..like thank you or hi how are you today or have a niceday? This location is improving. I did however get 11 nuggets in my order which would have been pretty sweet had I ordered nuggets.... Anyways, my order was corrected and fairly quickly. Food was good and staff were friendly while fixing. Read more
Car side to go. Ordered fries and a iced coffee. Fries were fresh and hot and coffee was perfect.
