I decided to take my clients out for lunch and they had chosen sonic-drive in. when I tried to order I kept getting cut off... before my order was even finished. After pushing the button for the last time to finish my order, the lady who had answered gotvery rude with me and made the comment: ?are you sure that?s all?? In a rude manner, which I replied with yes. Once I receivedmy food and processed to head back to the clients home to give them their lunch. I started unwrapping the burgers and they werecompletely smashed with little to no toppings and the fries had barely any fries in the boxes at all. I am very disappointed inhow much this place has went downhill considering I used to be employed there and always loved the food and the service! I willsay they do still have a few good employees, but for the most part its bad employees who don?t care about satisfying thecustomers anymore. In my personal opinion I think employees need more training on customer service and food handling. Read more

Expensive. Some things are good. Some things are so awful. Half the things on the menu doesn't have much taste. They're always... out of stuff. Almost always out of the pretzel thingys. I spent $40 to eat here today (Aug. 1, 2022) and that is way too muchmoney. That is ridiculous and why my kids and I will not be back. Not for the kind of quality they have in their food. Very quick and lovely staff. Food was good. The app is kinda irritating as it continuously tells me they don't have cherries and... they do, but that's at no fault to the location itself. Read more
