The brisket, ribs and jalapeno sausage were on point! I don\'t like Mac & Cheese, never have, but Hollis\'s is a game changer!... Simply excellent! Nice smoke ring on the meat! The potato salad has that celery crunch, without a lot of dressing, which makesit perfect. The rub on the ribs compliments the BBQ sauce nicely. A lot of BBQ joints will focus on the meat or the sides, butHollis BBQ puts love into all of it! A+ meal! My only complaint is I wish I could\'ve ate more. Read more
This is quality food from quality people. We got a 1/2 a pound of brisket, a 1/2 a rack of ribs, a cheddar jalapeno sausage, 2... chicken quarters, potato salad and macaroni and cheese.. Everything was absolutely perfect! My only problem was my daughtertook all my macaroni and cheese. Read more

Whoever gave this BBQ less than five stars has definitely earned a place in hell. This stuff is the best you will ever taste by... far. Pull pork is on point. Loved it. Brisket...oh my God it was good. And don\'t do yourself a disservice, try their beans.Damn they are good. Read more
